Works to get you off ,it will take time to get use to the feelings of e-stim. The cock and ball strap is a bit awkward to put on,and does not fit at all like the photo shows unless your blessed with a 12 inch cock,I have 7 inches and the strap aroung the cock ends up about an inch from the head of my cock. However it does work like I said to get you off,but it is cheaply made , even after one use the clasp's began to rust.
