The Tower of Pain is a unique, effective nipple clamp device. It has two clover clamps attached to a bar. The clamps are attached to the submissive's nipples. Through the middle of the bar is a pole with a knob at the top of the pole. The Dominant turns the knob which causes the bar to rise higher from the submissive's chest, thereby, stretching the sub's nipples.
